Tariff Discretionary Acts

18 C.F.R. §358.5(c)(4) requires a Transmission Provider to post information detailing the circumstances and manner in which the Transmission Provider exercised its discretion under any terms of its tariff.

• 11/01/2005 - Shipper provided a security deposit to demonstrate creditworthiness, pursuant to Section 2.1(g) of the General Terms and Conditions.

• 7/1/2006 - Shippers provided corporate guarantees to demonstrate creditworthiness, pursuant to Section 2.1(g) of the General Terms and Conditions.
